Professional, organized, and on point!
Maria has now helped me with two real estate transactions, buying and selling! As an active duty service member, I move A LOT and I can’t be in person for most of the process, but with Maria I didn’t need to be. She helped me work with property managers, kept the buyer’s agents on strict timelines, and helped me get the best prices both times. Maria is an expert in that region, and in California real estate, that means a TON. She knows the best contractors, neighborhoods, etc. you name it, she knows a guy. We will definitely work with her if we buy on the central coast again!
