We had a great home buying experience with Alice (Maria) and we would highly recommend her! She was very responsive to our questions and is very knowledgeable about the different communities and regions of the Big Island. She also had a great understanding of the current market and we are happy with the negotiated sales price of the home. In addition to her knowledge of the housing market, Alice has been a great resource for general information regarding the Island, answering our questions on everything from area farmer's markets, to beaches, to restaurants, etc. Overall, our experience was great and we do not have any complaints.
