Her concierge service handled inspections, repairs, landscaping, and cleaning. She kept costs reasonable and me in the loop as much as I wanted, which was as little as possible. She managed and paid for everything, then we settled up at closing time automatically. I tossed her the keys, and she handled literally everything, even some curveballs. Well done Tiffany.
