I had used a realtor with concierge service once before, and obviously needed it again. I looked for a local agent that offered it and found Tiffany. Her concierge service handled inspections, repairs, landscaping, and cleaning. She kept costs reasonable and me in the loop as much as I wanted, which was as little as possible. She managed and paid for everything, then we settled up at closing time automatically. I tossed her the keys, and she handled literally everything, even some curveballs. Well done Tiffany. She knows stuff, she understands real estate, she hustles, she talks to people, she makes deals. She doesn't waste your time. I had a for sale by owner condo that didn't get anywhere from my efforts. She assisted me in cleaning up the place and getting the staging done right. My condo sold the first day it was on the market. I wish I could have stayed in Hawaii longer, but I had a good run and Tiffany helped me sell when I it was time for me to go. I needed that.
