I’ve always known Maren Wenz to be such an amazing and hardworking woman, so when it came to buying a home, I knew she was the perfect person to help guide me in the right direction. It was my first experience buying a home and she was always on her A-game, even through different work schedules and obstacles, she didn’t mind waking up extra early and also having those late nights to make sure everything was in place. Her communication was extraordinary and she truly went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!!

She defines the word “multitasker,” efficiently prepared all legal documents,  scheduled showings, performed comparative pricing analyses, introduced resources (mortgage originators, title companies, contractors), coordinated with home owner’s association and personally staged the property with her amazing design talents — and to top it off, she got down on her hands and knees and cleaned the floors, cabinets and appliances. Maren found a buyer for my property before it was even listed on the Arizona MLS! And it was a full price offer! I have bought and sold many properties in the past 30 years, with the help of many talented agents — but Maren gets the gold star as the overall best.

I have bought and sold many homes during my lifetime. The agents I’ve used around the country were good but none could hold a candle to Maren. Maren sold my parents’ house last year and was incredible with helping them prepare for the sale! We then built a NextGen so both our families could live together under one roof. She helped us navigate the process with the builder, handled inspections and helped us with hiring contractors as needed for private inspection. She is a wealth of knowledge and was wonderfully supportive.

Is five stars the most I can give? Maren deserves more. She recently sold our house in Surprise, AZ. Absentee owners, we live in Oregon. Our house was not an easy sale. It needed some work. Whatever the problem, Maren was "on it"! She served as a general contractor getting things done. She worked on tight deadlines. She communicated promptly and thoroughly. She handled every obstacle with aplomb. No detail was too small for her attention. She knows her business well and had a good strategy for unexpected turns of events (and there were some). I can't say enough about Maren. My wife and I called her Wonder Woman. (It was no exaggeration.) Anyone looking for a realtor can do no better than Maren Wenz.
