She then found contracters to do the considerable work needed on this particular house and kept in contact with them while the job was underway. She is a person willing and able to handle a lengthy process of purchase and development.

Having to sell a property as a foreigner in a country where you don't know anything about the market, the habbits, the rules and procedures make you really need a professional! And here she is! All communication was quick, responsive and effective even across different time zones. Even though our first (very quickly found) buyer could not get bank aproval for closure, Marci presented alternative buyers quickly and in the end made a better deal than originally estimated. Due to the delay we were already back in Germany by the time of closing, so Marci did arrange everything for us for a virtual closure, took us through all the system reqirements and made all sides feel good. Notary, Title company, and all other involved parties collaborated seamlessly, and I'm sure that this was because of her personal way of communicating, straight forward appproach and professionalism. Marci is a treasure from head to toe, caring and always overseeing what needs to be done by when, and how.
