I had a previous realtor who told me that I would not get my asking price and that I should take a cheaper offer..after our contract ended I hired Marci and told her what I wanted, she said she could sell it for me for asking my price, and could get it sold within 3 months. There were a lot of hurdles that made me upset and just her telling me to stay positive that things would work out. She went above and beyond to make this happen..She was very dedicated and encouraging..She ended up selling my house for my asking price in 2 months not 3, and she also got me my back pay that my ex owed me for maintaining the house...I was so grateful for her and her patience . I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell
