My husband and I first started working with Marcelo back in late 2018 early 2019 and he helped us work on our credit and helped guide us through everything. He was extremely patient and understanding with us and stuck around, he would check in from time to time throughout the year to see how things were going on our end and this year when we were completely ready he was there!! No matter how late or how early I would message him he responded and answered all of my questions. My husband and I had a specific area we were looking at and Marcelo helped us find the perfect house that had everything we were looking for. When he showed us houses he would check the house out entirely from top to bottom as if he were buying it himself. When my husband or I would get too anxious or stressed, he was there to talk to us and help calm us down, and he would check on us to make sure we were good.
