Marcelo is the best to work with. Our extended family actually worked with him a few years ago. He came to our aid when an unexpected death forced a family member to find a new place to live in a very short amount of time. We will always be grateful to him for the kindness and care he showed her. For my family, Marcelo took the time to really understand our needs and wants. He knew our desired location, and the hunt was on. Marcelo was patient and very knowledgeable about the area and the market. He was straight forward and took the time to explain where we were in the process to ensure we had complete understanding of what was going on. Marcelo always made time to look at homes with us and answer our questions. Eventually, he grew to know our likes and dislikes. The home we ended up purchasing was actually a house that just came back on the market, and while my husband and I were still at work, Marcelo drove down to take a look at the property. Knowing our likes and dislikes, he said this house is really close to what we were looking for. We all know how emotional a large purchase can be, especially a home. Out of all the great skills and strengths Marcelo brings to the table, the one I valued the most at just the right time, was his ability to bring us back to what we initially said we wanted. Seeing a bunch of houses, you can get into a rut and start looking at everything you don't like, find reasons to discount a property. Marcelo cut through all that and recalled our list from the beginning. Location, check. Number of bedrooms, check. Office space, check. Move in ready, check. He was absolutely right. He advocated tirelessly on our behalf as buyers and worked out the best deal we could get. If you want a straight shooter who gives excellent customer service, is resourceful and knowledgeable, and will go out of his way to make sure you get the home you want, go with Marcelo. He won't disappoint, and we'd use him again. We love our new home!

This was our first experience in purchasing a home. Marcelo was there with me and my family throughout the process, starting with a used home to finally deciding to get a new home. He explained each step of the process as they were developing. He was very knowledgeable in the housing market pricing and how to get the best interest rate. He was always truthful in speaking with me and my wife and made us feel like Royalty. At times I felt like I was being too judgmental and dragging my feet about the right price for the home, but Marcelo assured me that he would not stop looking until I found the perfect home. There’s so many words to say but first is my gratitude for Marcelo! He was always there for me no matter what time of day it was, which is why this is the 2nd house he has sold for me. The guidance and patience he has throughout each process and still explaining everything to me was much appreciated. He did hesitate on any questions I had and gave honest opinions and suggestions with my best interests at heart which lots of other realtors don’t do.
