Marcelo is the best to work with. Our extended family actually worked with him a few years ago. He came to our aid when an unexpected death forced a family member to find a new place to live in a very short amount of time. He advocated tirelessly on our behalf as buyers and worked out the best deal we could get. This was our first experience in purchasing a home. Marcelo was there with me and my family throughout the process, starting with a used home to finally deciding to get a new home. He explained each step of the process as they were developing. He was very knowledgeable in the housing market pricing and how to get the best interest rate. He was always truthful in speaking with me and my wife and made us feel like Royalty.
