During the year he kept us apprised of new listings and continued to narrow down houses to better match our needs. A year ago we decided on building a new home and Marcelo worked with us and the builder to get started. After the new build failed to meet our expectations and the contract was canceled, Marcelo got us back on track by looking at pre-existing homes that better met our needs and wants. This year he helped us get the house we ultimately purchased and was instrumental in the negotiations and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the whole process Marcelo always looked out for our best interests, did the legwork to make sure the offers we submitted (a total of three) were in line with the market conditions and worked with the sellers to explain our reasoning.
