Marc sent me a listing that wasn't showing up on Zillow. Homes where I wanted to buy are hard to come by. The area was about 7 hours away from I lived. We ended up making an offer to purchase, without even seeing the house in person! After traveling the next day to tour, my offer was accepted as the best one.
