He sat down with me and provided professional staging advice on the preparation of the photo's being done. On February 5th I sign the contract the next day all photo's were done and the sign went up the following day. By the 11th of February my house was sold for the asking price. Marc Davis did a awesome job for me plus having a lower commission was great. I was very pleased to have Marc for my realtor. Marc and Debra made the enormous task of moving our mother out of her home to an assisted living apartment 135 miles away so much easier. We simply moved her personal items and a small amount of furniture to her new place. All of the rest of her belongings were sold in an estate sale.
