Marc sent me a listing that wasn't showing up on Zillow. Homes where I wanted to buy are hard to come by. The area was about 7 hours away from I lived. We ended up making an offer to purchase, without even seeing the house in person! After traveling the next day to tour, my offer was accepted as the best one. There were multiple other buyers in line, at the time. After inspections Marc negotiated a new roof and a credit for a new heating and air unit! High five for a job well done!
