Marc was professional, responsive and knowledgable. He showed great integrity in the process of selling our home. I would recommend Marc as an agent within the Villages Florida in order to have your home on the MLS versus solely the VLS. The time frame for my house having a contract was less than one month. Marc's contract was fair and I preferred to go with an agent who would use the MLS. There was no issue with getting plenty of traffic and interested parties to my home. Marc preformed with 100% accuracy all of the roles written within the contract. He went above and beyond that to help me with several issues.
