On February 5th I sign the contract the next day all photo's were done and the sign went up the following day. By the 11th of February my house was sold for the asking price. Marc and Debra made the enormous task of moving our mother out of her home to an assisted living apartment 135 miles away so much easier. Marc was professional, responsive and knowledgable. He showed great integrity in the process of selling our home. I would recommend Marc as an agent within the Villages Florida in order to have your home on the MLS versus solely the VLS. The time frame for my house having a contract was less than one month. Marc's contract was fair and I preferred to go with an agent who would use the MLS. There was no issue with getting plenty of traffic and interested parties to my home.
