I can rave about how fun it was to work with Manny, and what a wonderful relationship we had in the short time we worked together, but at the end of the day, it was his negotiation skills, tenacity, creativity, and determination that got the deal done. If you need to find your perfect home and get your offer accepted - he's your guy. I recommended him to one of my colleagues and he got them into a home in less than 3 weeks.

Manny stepped in to help me with tenant problems and home maintenance. I live in WA and could not be there to supervise a months-long process. Manny was able to manage dealing with suppliers, contractors, and even difficult tenants. In the end, the house had to be practically gutted and rebuilt.
