Bev really listened to what I wanted in my next house. I had a list of what would make me leave my comfortable house of ten years and it was a long list. Seacoast of NH, sidewalks, walkable to downtown but with outdoor space to garden and room for my hot tub, fireplace, town water, sewer, and gas, custom walk in closet, master on the main floor, bright and sunny, no major projects and no HOA fees...
