Lynne was amazing throughout the difficult sale of my house. From the very beginning, she provided sound advice that helped me appropriately price the property, then choose the best buyer. With her help, I had an offer within three days of listing. Unfortunately, the sale process wasn’t smooth, and was made even more difficult by the fact that I’d moved across the country. The buyers were first-time buyers with an unrealistic parent manipulating behind the scenes. After the inspection, they tried to renegotiate the deal based on a problem previously disclosed. Lynne stood up for me, playing hardball as necessary and minimizing their request. Later, she sourced and managed the repairs requested following the inspection, including the highly unusual remediation of a defunct septic tank in the back yard and installation of a radon remediator in the basement. Throughout this, she deftly managed my long-distance frustration, reassured me and protected me from issues. Even after closing, she continued to watch out for my interests, working to handle problems in the house that could’ve resulted in legal action without her assistance. I am so grateful to have had Lynne on my side not just during this sale, but also when I originally acquired the house seven years earlier. She is incredibly professional and one of the most knowledgeable people I know about the market. If I ever move back to PA and want to buy another house, she’s the first person I will call.

Lynne Kelleher helped us sell our home. She arranged contractors (painter, trash hauling, cleaning, staging, gardener) to prepare our home. All we had to do was give her our key and she took care of the rest. She did wonderful marketing and was very good in negotiating with potential buyers. She is very knowledgeable with the whole real-estate transaction process and everything went so smooth and stress free. I would strongly recommend her.
