Lynne Kelleher helped us sell our home. She arranged contractors (painter, trash hauling, cleaning, staging, gardener) to prepare our home. All we had to do was give her our key and she took care of the rest. She did wonderful marketing and was very good in negotiating with potential buyers. She is very knowledgeable with the whole real-estate transaction process and everything went so smooth and stress free. I would strongly recommend her.

Lynne went above and beyond anything my wife and I could of ever asked for with helping us purchase our first home. Over the course of the 8 months of our home search, Lynne always made herself available, was prepared and knowledgable with each listing and provided candid feedback. She was very patient and understanding with addressing all of our questions, even if it was after normal business hours during the week or on the weekends. Once we found our future home, Lynne was instrumental with putting together the offer as well as ensuring early timing of the submission. She even drafted a cover letter explaining this was our first home as a young family. As the owners received multiple offers, they indicated Lynne's letter was the difference. As first time home purchasers, Lynne continuously fielded our multple questions throughout the closing process and was present for the inspection as well as our actual closing. Even after the closing, Lynne recommended a phenomenal handyman and provided additional guidance with home ownership. Lynne started out as our Realtor but became very much part of our family.
