Working with Lynne was the best decision we made when it came to finding our new home. After visiting only 3 properties, Lynne was able to understand exactly what we were looking for and #4 was the one! She helped to make the process almost seamless and we highly recommend her to anyone looking in the area!
Lynne helped me sell my mother's home in Warminster. I have to "pile on" with another 5 star rating. I live about 4 hours away, and did not know any reputable contractors in the area to perform some much needed repairs prior to putting the house on the market. Lynne coordinated everything. Can't begin to say what a huge help she was in getting the house in shape and then sold at a great price in a matter of days. She is a super professional agent, and I would especially recommend if you are buying or selling from a distance away.
Lynne has a long standing reputation as #1 realtor in our area. She sure proved it to us. Professional and personable is a great way to describe her. Bottomline, her advice, and guidance helped us get our house ready for market with the least expense in the shortest period of time, priced it right, and SOLD IT IN ONLY THREE DAYS!! Not much else to say except there is no substitute for her experience and expertise. If you want quick, stress less results, go with Lynne!
We used Lynne to help us buy a house (many years ago) and sell a house (this year). She did a great job on both occasions. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, diligent and always working with your best interests in mind. She is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction.
Lynne Kelleher listed and sold our home in record time. Starting from the initial visit to ultimately finding a buyer, it took approximately 2 weeks. She went over the comps for houses that sold in our neighborhood to help us to list our house at a fair price (maybe too fair :) However I guess that's why it sold quickly. The advise we received throughout was helpful in all aspects of the buying process since we really had no idea how the real estate industry had changed since last we bought or sold. I would recommend Lynne, she did a good job!
I connected with Lynne upon the recommendation of another realtor with whom I dealt on the purchase of my current new home. Lynne came in like a whirlwind, evaluated my place, noted some small simple improvements I could make to help it sell better, and had it up on the website within a week. She diligently followed leads and kept me up-to-date on all buyers and their status and helped me at closing. We had a fair amount of drama there, but none of it from her and she steered me through the correct process. I would recommend her wholeheartedly!
Lynne helped my Wife and I buy our first home. Her experience in this industry as well as her knowledge of the surrounding area is unmatched. She made our home buying experience enjoyable and stress free which is hard to come by. When it came down to negotiations Lynne's skills really shined. When and if the time comes to move to our second home she will be my first and only call.
My experience was Very positive. Lynne was always there to answer any questions. She worked hard and i had total confidence in her ability to sell my house. Lynne is knowledable and works hard .
Lynne walked me through the sale of my condo from beginning to end - she was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and smoothed every bump along the way. Besides all that, she's a really neat person, has become a friend, and I would recommend her to anyone without a single moment's hesitation.
Lynne was exceptional in every way possible! Her professionalism surpassed all of our expectations. She began as our realtor and soon became our friend. Her recommendations and support helped us get our home ready for sale, maximize our return on investment, and sell our home with relative ease. It has been over 8 years since she sold our home and we still receive letters and cards for every occasion. We were so pleased with our experience, we also used Lynne to sell our parents home a few years later. Lynne has our highest recommendation!
Lynne is very knowledgeable of real estate trends throughout the region. She has accurately monitored the market for many years – her Newsletters were always welcome in our home! When it came time to sell our home, we choose to work with her because she convinced us she could not only sell the home, but close the deal. Her negotiation skills were honest and tactical. She kept both parties satisfied during one of the largest investments two parties must agree upon. Her organization was much appreciated, as the closing went off without a hitch. We were extremely satisfied while working with Lynne to sell our home.
After 3 months with another realtor getting only a few showings on the home we listed and no feedback on our offer to purchase our dream home we contacted Lynne from a solid referral of a friend. Lynne brought buyers from her network getting us showings immediately and more importantly got our home sold in the first 30 days. Additionally she drove our offer on the new home through, negotiating on our behalf and for not a penny more than we initially offered. This was our 5th home purchase and 4th home sale in 15 years. Some of the realtors I've dealt with were not the greatest, some I considered excellent. Lynne is simply exceptional, setting a new bar for what I'd expect from a professional realtor. I couldn't offer a higher recommendation. Save your time and contact her first.
