In the initial walk through of our house, she was very honest and direct about what improvements we should make that would help the sale, and was very fair about the market value she thought we'd get from the house. We ended up listing the house in March 2020...3 days before the state shut down due to the Coronavirus. Lynne was an absolute professional and kept us calm in these very uncertain times. While it may have taken a bit longer to sell than we had planned and a minimal decrease to the sale price, we still sold near the top of the market, and she made the entire process a breeze. As if selling during the shutdown wasn't tricky enough, we were trying to buy also! Lynne was amazing!! The consummate professional. She advised us every step of the way. She was able to get a price for our house that exceeded our expectations substantially.
