Luzma Moreno

I was recommended to Luzma by my lender and we immediately hit it off! There are not enough words to articulate how much her dedication and commitment she demonstrated in helping me find my future home. Her beautiful personality and charisma shine throughout and she made me feel very comfortable during a time I needed her services. I never once doubted her suggestions or concerns when she brought them to my attention, in regards to the house I chose, price, etc. From the day I met Luzma to view homes/listings to the day I signed at the title company (a total 24 days…YES!!!), Luzma was very attentive and observant. Her knowledge and expertise is by far the most impressive I have ever experienced. She most defiantly is the number one advocate for you. She answered my never ending questions, made suggestions and offered multiple options to the many doubts I had. Luzma was quick to return my calls, if she didn’t answer the first time, and always had an answer for me within minutes of my concerns. She did not hesitate to negotiate price, ask for repairs from sellers, etc. The entire process seemed like a walk in the clouds due to her {beyond} exceptional knowledge in the business. She had contacts for EVERYTHING – from roofers to painters to appraisal personnel. She even helped me measure the windows in my soon to be new home, all 14 of them, so that I can purchase the needed window coverings. AND…at final inspection, she was ready to climb up on the roof (without a ladder, mind you) to verify that a portion of it was fixed!!! If that is not dedication and true commitment, I don’t know what is. Luzma is by far, the most knowledgeable realtor I have worked with. This was my third home purchase in Tucson and having her on my side was the most satisfying feeling ever. I never felt any pressure from her to “pick a house” just to make the sale. She exceeded my every expectation within a nanosecond of meeting her.

Luzma was a amazing agent to work with. She was very helpful and knowledgable about what to expect during the process of buying a home. She didn't rush us into purchasing a home right away. She was very patient even thought it took us a few months to find a home. After and before the purchase she would keep in touch sometimes daily. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home.
