Originally, we were recommended to Scott Rogers at Funkhouser for our buying agent, however when Scott ended up being the "sellers agent" for a property we were interested in, Scott put us in touch with Luke Smith. Luke met us at two specific homes, the first one we ended up sharing stories of long ago and of present day and it felt like I was talking to a brother. Luke is easy going and kind. He was clearly prepared for the visit with knowledge about the property. When he wasn't sure, he assured us he would find out. He has excellent communication skills and follow through. Each of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. We ended up buying the second charming property Luke showed us (again with Scott being the selling agent") with our checklist nearly complete. We chose the "city over the country". Luke capably walked us through the buying process. We are incredibly happy with Luke and Funkhouser! They really went above and beyond to work with us and our unique wants list. Honestly, I feel like we gained friends through this process with Funkhouser. They are absolutely outstanding agents and the kindest of people!
