My wife and I met Luis a few years back when we first tried to buy a home but we needed to work on few things on our end. Years later today we reached out to Luis and he was so happy to help us with our first home. Looking for a home with a baby could be challenging but he was so patient with us & flexible. He was so attentive to what we were looking for and asked us what we liked and did not like. Amazing communication from the beginning to the end. We are so happy with the results, we have a beautiful home. Most importantly we gained a good friend. Luis really went above and beyond for my family, definitely will work with him in the future. Luis was recommended to me for the sale of a property from an estate. He was amazing from start to finish. I was responsible to sell the property from an estate so I wasn't familiar with the property or the area. It was a multi unit building that had issues with tenants and was in need of repairs. After working with the property manager, the tenants and me he had an offer and a back up offer within days of listing. He handled so much of the details that I had expected to have to handle - I was very grateful. I have one more property to sell once the tenants move out and Luis is definitely getting the listing.
