Luis was recommended to me for the sale of a property from an estate. He was amazing from start to finish. I was responsible to sell the property from an estate so I wasn't familiar with the property or the area. It was a multi unit building that had issues with tenants and was in need of repairs. After working with the property manager, the tenants and me he had an offer and a back up offer within days of listing. He handled so much of the details that I had expected to have to handle - I was very grateful. I have one more property to sell once the tenants move out and Luis is definitely getting the listing.
