I've worked with Luis twice now, first to sell a home and to purchase. Both were a great experience, Luis is such a great realtor, understanding, and helpful. He was always there to answer any questions and provide guidance. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When I began the process of selling my home I originally went on realtor.com to see what realtor I could work with. It was really cool how they connected me with a handful of realtors that I was able to meet and hear their pitch. As a first time seller, I wasn't really sure what I was getting into, and some of the realtor's I met didn't really provide the trust, or comfort that Luis was able to bring to the table. From the beginning he seemed like someone that I could trust, was very polite and professional about the sale of my home. He was very detailed in explaining everything to me and providing me with as much information as I needed on how my home was being marketed, he gave me a more accurate ballpark figure for my sales price than the other realtors. He was also upfront about my proceeds and gave me estimates of my net profits based on different selling points of my home. We had two open houses, and we received 3 offers from the first one, and went under contract immediately. I was hopeful that the sale would happen fast, but I never expected it to happen as fast as it did. Today, closing is past us, and I'm really excited that I picked the Caspi team in the sale of my home and I would recommend them to anyone. I look forward to working with Luis in the future when I'm ready to purchase a new home!
