Luci Martinez was AMAZING. Working with us from an out of state move was challenging but she knew just what we were looking for. We spoke with her either on the phone or via email almost every day, she was available anytime we needed her. With her commitment and tenacity she found the PERFECT new construction home that had just come on the market within a few short weeks of working together. As we were out of state, we had to rely on pictures but Luci worked with the builder and ensured we got pictures of everything. She was there for all our virtual meetings with the builder and asked questions that we had not thought about. Closing took a little longer than we all would have liked but that was out of our control (VA Loan) but she kept on top of everything and she was ALWAYS available any time of day or night for questions. When closing day came we were so relieved to have our keys in hand but more importantly that Luci was with us at the beginning, middle, closing, and beyond. She is a fun person with a great personality who is passionate about what she does and truly cares about the people and families she is working with.
