Luann represented us as buyers in Sacramento, a city we were not familiar with. She was very hands on helping us narrow down the area and criteria that worked best for us, and was a hardnose negotiator. We only had 3 weeks to close with the holidays thrown in, and because she is so experienced and well-connected, she set us up with inspections immediately, an amazing mortgage broker, and we finished our part of escrow in 11 days. 11 days!!
