Luann helped me sell another house that's been in my family for years. She knows the Sacramento area real estate market very well and priced this house just right so that we were able to sell it quickly. Her experience, professionalism and trustworthiness can't be beat!

Luann listed my parents house in November 2021 and received 2-3 offers almost immediately! Although we got an offer at our listing price, my siblings were not willing to let the house go yet.
