The inspector she recommended provided information that (1) led us to avoid a house with too many issues and (2) supported our successful request for repairs to the sellers of the house we purchased.

Lori was a fabulous agent to work with. She knows the area very well. When we needed an appraiser, she had an excellent referral who did an appraisal to allowed us to list for much more than we thought the house was worth. She also had a referral for an inspector, who did a thorough inspection and that was very valuable for the potential buyers. Our house had multiple offers the first day on the market and sold quickly. It was so easy to work with Lori because she knew what needed to be done in order to get the house ready for the listing. Lori did exactly what she promised and was friendly and patient throughout the whole process. I would definitely be happy to work with Lori again in the future.
