After helping us buy a property,She was working with our daughter who had just gotten a job and was working with Jackie to buy a house, and had already picked out a house and gotten some financing approved to make an offer.. Jackie recognized—before I did—that It was not really what was best for my daughter, and Jackie advised her to rent a little bit longer. It saved our daughter from what could’ve been a bad situation for her, even though it cost Jackie a “sale“.

It’s easy to see why Jackie Austin is a top Eugene Realtor! I will be forever grateful that I had the privilege of being her client for my recent home purchase. Throughout our time working together, Jackie’s consistent and immediate responses to my questions and requests were impressive. Also, her open and warm communication style is among the many positive qualities that make Jackie such an outstanding realtor. She is deeply knowledgeable about the local area and the numerous details involved in buying a property. She connects promptly and professionally with listing agents and inspectors, as well as lenders and escrow officers. I also appreciated her truthful assessment of a home I almost bought that would have been a significant financial drain for me - due to initial major undisclosed repairs by the seller. Although we had almost been in escrow, she advised I might consider finding another property. I found one I loved on Zillow and texted her the listing at 7:30a the next morning. She was in contact with that listing agent within 10 minutes. She arranged to see the house with my daughter, who lives locally, only three hours later. (I was out of state.) Although there was already a cash offer on the table, I asked Jackie to quickly put together the strongest offer she could, which she did, in partnership with me and my lender. The offer was accepted at 3:30p that afternoon! It was a mini miracle! One of the main reasons I initially chose to work with Jackie is because of her reputation for excellent negotiation skills and her ability to write a winning offer that is accepted in a competitive situation. She far exceeded my expectations in supporting me buying my home in a wonderful SW Eugene neighborhood. I was truly able to relax and trust Jackie to manage ALL the specifics. Without hesitation and enthusiastically, I highly recommend hiring Jackie Austin to guide you through your next home buying experience!

As owners of rentals, we've bought and sold many houses with many realtors over the years - and in three different states. Jackie is the best- she really listens to what we want and quickly finds what we need. Because she knows the market, and has strong communication and negotiating skills, she is efficient in handling transactions. Our last deal with her was the quickest ever- a few emails, a weekend visit to Eugene, we left with an accepted offer on a condo and completed escrow in just a couple of weeks!
