Lori was fantastic at negotiating with the seller's agent, and made us be the strongest candidate among all other offers. We went through 3 escrows with Lori due to the sellers cancelling sales, Lori helped us getting our offers accepted when there were multiple offers. She was approachable, understanding, and always was a wonderful sport even during disappointing moments (i.e., two failed escrows). We felt that she sincerely cared about us as a family and helped us decide what property and strategy work the best for us. We have a toddler and a newborn, and we were also grateful for her flexibility in scheduling showings and meetings. Lori recently helped us sell and buy a new home. She's amazing and always 100% professional. She was very patient with us, as it was not an easy road. Our box was small and our needs and wants were big. Somehow she managed to make it all happen.
