Lori DeSantis did an outstanding job , from her advise on how to prep the house to understanding my elderly parents needs. She made my 90 year old father's feeling a top priority and did not put up a for sale sign in front of the house so he wouldn't be upset. She had one open house and the house sold in one day. She helped me explain to my parents what their options were and sold the house $25,000 over our asking price. We hit a couple of bumps during escrow because the City of Montebello weren't doing their part and could of held up the closing but she and her team worked non-stop even as far as going down to speak to them in person to find out what the hold up was. After escrow closed Lori gave my parents a hard cover book with the pictures of their home of 42 years that they lived and raised their six daughter's in.
