I could not be happier with the job Lori DeSantis did, she is professional and understands the emotional side involved with the process. She went above and beyond what one would expect, from overseeing repairs to being a mediator between family members and any extras. I was out of town 90% of the time, I completely trusted her to handle everything and she did, as well as giving me a sense of calm. All the contractors, plumbers, cleaners ect. (that she even set up) were great as well. As well as being completely competent, she is a pleasure to be around. From beginning to end the process was very smooth, Lori was on top of it the entire time. I interviewed two other realtors as well as Lori, whom I first met at an open house she was having in the area. Lori and Linda came to the property which was my fathers home that was in a trust. It also was the home I grew up in, Lori and Linda understood this was not just a property to me but a special place, I felt Lori could handle a trust sale as well as all the additional circumstances involved. All positive!

When looking for our first house Lori DeSantis did a great job at making herself available to show us homes and attend open houses. She was very professional, friendly and responsive.

I had worked with Lori on the sale of my mother's house 8 years ago and was impressed by her attention to detail and availability to clients. I needed someone who would keep me in the loop about the timing of any offers/escrow because I had a complicated move situation. One great attribute is she tells things like they are, no BS. In this sale, she performed outstandingly by formally challenging an incorrect appraisal by an out-of-town appraiser assigned by his company to do this. Unfamiliar with the neighborhood, the town and the county, he did not know where to go for comps. Her written appeal caused his employer to overrule him, and issue a higher appraisal, which happily corresponded with the agreed upon sale price between seller and buyer. The deal went thru. Otherwise, it would have fallen apart. Few realtors will make the time to research and write an appeal report. She was very impressive with this alone.

I had an excellent working relationship with Lori. This was an extremely trying transaction from day one, and I highly doubt that many other Agents could have pulled it off without losing their "cool". Lori managed to keep it together for all of us, even keeping me amused and distracted at times with little things e.g. Articles about subjects I like.
