I have known Lori DeSantis for over 20 years as a friend. It was a difficult situation for me to have my best friend sell my home after all these years, because I am now going to be living on the East Coast and she will no longer be a few minutes away. I know it was a difficult task for her to undertake for this reason, however in true Lori fashion, she handled the sale as she would any other - she worked hard and diligently to make this a smooth and successful transaction. When all was said and done, she called it very bitter sweet, to which I have to agree. Her reputation as a highly professional and successful agent is common knowledge. Those of us lucky enough to have Lori as a friend are not at all surprised that this is the case. The wonderful and thoughtful person that she is carries through to everything she does.
It was a pleasure working with Lori. She's very friendly, very knowledgeable and her work ethic is superb. Lori walked us through the whole process. She told us which repairs to make to get the most value. She presented all offers but explained why some offers were not good (our parents house sold in a few days $11,000 above asking price). All the way through closing of escrow Lori kept us informed about what was happening. Any time we had a question or concern Lori would return our call or text immediately. In the future if the need of a real estate agent arises I'll call Lori.
