Hello my name is Lori Bowden! I’m a Midwesterner with 15 years of real estate experience. My father was a builder and my grandfather an investor and both were inventors. My creative side comes from them and my love for finance came from my mother who was an accountant in the federal government for 30 years. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. While in college I was a Summer Orientation Leader for 3 years, giving motivational speeches to incoming students & their parents, crowds of 200+ per orientation. I also had the privilege of being a Resident Advisor for 3 years to 72 co-ed students and was active in my sorority, Delta Zeta. Since that time I have developed my skill set in new construction sales & marketing. I bring over a decade worth of experience. I was the Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales & Marketing, Closing & Marketing Manager and New Home Sales Consultant in Atlanta, GA and Dallas, TX. I stepped away from real estate for a little while and excelled in education sales. I returned to my love of real estate at the end of 2016 and have been in general real estate full time ever since. Educating buyers & sellers is my mantra and word of mouth and referrals are the lifeline of my business.
