I recently purchased my first home in Boulder, CO with Logan Schlutz (Estate Professionals). Logan is a fantastic Real Estate Agent and is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough. I remember meeting Logan over 1 year ago as I was interested in learning more about the finer details of home buying well before getting serious about putting an offer in. Logan sent me plenty of files such as how to shop for rates, choosing a lender, tips on choosing homeowners insurance, understanding property taxes, title insurance explanations, as well as many graphs on market conditions for the type of home (condo) and locations I was interested in. Logan walked me through all of these files so that when the time came for me to be serious about putting in an offer, I was ready. Regarding the home I settled on, during the ultra competitive market in Spring 2022, it was ultimately because of Logan's hard work via an off market campaign to target the exact condo complex I wanted to start a new life in. Did I have doubts? Sure. However, Logan and his team gave the off market campaign 110% effort and ultimately I was able to buy my dream home! Drafting a contract with Logan was very straightforward and he explained every aspect of it. After I went under contract, Logan helped facilitate every step of the way (inspection, HOA details, appraisal support documents, coordination with the seller, etc.) all the way through closing day. His colleague, Sonia Lipov, also provided timely reminders and a detailed calendar to keep me on track with each milestone. So helpful! I remember being a bit speechless on closing day because of how simple the process was and the fact that there were no surprises. I really can't recommend Logan enough. I will absolutely be working with him on my next real estate adventure! Thank you so much.
