Royal was very easy to work with and has a lot of connections to people in the inspection aspect, the closing of properties, and the contractors necessary to follow up with needed repairs or handyman work. He set up the repairs and was our middleman since we live in Mn and bought in AZ. He was great at keeping us informed with no surprises. We would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor! In fact, he is the agent for our existing house we are selling in AZ!
