Royal Henry

Royal knew what had to be done to successfully market our home from start to finish. From establishing the asking price, managing the staging and showings and dealing with the issues that come with negotiations, Royal always seemed to be one step ahead I getting the job done.

Royal went above and beyond his call of duty to sell my house. He dealt with this difficult company on a daily basis and kept me informed at all times. He took the time and patience to explain everything to me as I am not knowledgeable in real estate. Thank you for your commitment and hard work.

Royal helped us sell our home after 8 months on a tough market. He's clearly an expert in the Sunbird community, seems to know everyone there, and is well-loved by the neighbors — that connection helped throughout the process. He gave solid advice on price reductions and handling roof/repair issues that came up. He was also great with my elderly mother, always patient and skilled at explaining things clearly to her. Would recommend, especially for sellers in Sunbird.

Royal was incredible during our entire purchasing experience. I title this “A Great Teacher” because I learned so much about buying a home in Arizona. Coming from the Midwest, I had a lot to learn about what to look for and how to care for my home in Arizona. He took the time to answer my questions and point out things I wouldn’t know to even ask. He is a special human being with stories and explanations that made this home buying experience a true joy. He knows the area well and gave us great information to consider about what our lifestyle could be like in this neighborhood. When it came to the offer, negotiations, and inspection, he provided complex answers - that would help us consider a variety of options in relation to negotiating. I can’t write enough words to tell you how highly I recommend Royal. Having been involved in many home purchases over the years - he is the best at this!

We were selling a house in Sun Bird and Royal made it easy. He is very knowledgeable of the area, made the process smooth and as easy as it could be, and looked out for us along the way. Thank you, Royal!

My husband and I had been hunting for the perfect home within the SunBird 55+ community in Chandler. There is no realtor who knows more about this community than Royal. His insight and insider knowledge helped us land the perfect home at a fair price. We couldn’t be happier— highly recommend Royal if you’re looking for a home in the Sun Lakes or South Chandler area!
