I would like to recommend Royal Henry of Cactus Mountain Properties LLC in Chandler, Arizona. He was our agent for the sale of our home in Sunbird Golf Resort. He is a consummate professional and made himself available whenever we needed help. He lives in Sunbird also so he is very knowledgeable about the homes here. He negotiated a very fair price and made the whole experience very easy for us. If you have real estate needs, give Royal a call, he's awesome!!!

We purchased our new home through a long distance process. We had looked at a couple other places and he recommended the home we purchased as the best buy. He was on top of every possible problem. He identified and solved so many problems for us. Many things required him to represent our concerns and he did it quickly and efficiently. He was in constant communication with us and kept us informed on how things were going. We highly recommend Royal as your possible agent. He gets the work done for his clients.

Royal was the best agent we have ever worked with in over 30 years of buying and selling homes. We planned the sale 6 months ahead with Royal, prepared and listed the home with his advised price. And he advised every step of the way, even to stay calm when we received “overpriced” feedback from potential buyers. We received a full price offer! Royal advised us with the full-priced offer and our counter to their stipulations. During the escrow, he kept in touch with us daily and advised us on repairs … he kept checking in on the home as we live out of town - we really appreciated that. What a wonderful experience. Royal, anyone that engages you as their agent is not only smart, they are very lucky. You are one of a kind, sir. Thank you.

Royal is great to work with goes out of his way to help

Royal Henry was unknown to me as a Realtor, but his professional knowledge and friendliness about the Housing business makes him a very good Business Agent

Royal was excellent to deal with. Knowledgeable and very transparent on all workings of the deal. We really appreciated that about him. Had our best interest 100% of the way.

Royal was professional and kept me informed about the proceedings. He helped me with everything that I needed. I would recommend him highly to anybody that needs to buy or sell.

Royal gave me all the help that I needed in this process - kept me informed at all levels - greatly appreciated his help

Royal deserves the highest recommendation as a realtor. He went “above and beyond” to complete this sale for us. He was knowledgeable, skilled and understanding, throughout this sale from Canada. We now value him as a friend!

As an out of state seller with limited knowledge of the Chandler real estate market it was imperative I found a real estate agent with integrity, communication skills and knowledge of the market. Royal Henry came highly recommended by a retired agent and throughout the sales process exceeded all my expectations in those areas. Royal was available to me answering all my questions, concerns and giving guidance throughout the selling process. As a direct result of Royals marketing expertise, efforts and advice the Sunbird property time frame from listing to close of escrow was an astounding 28 days. I highly recommend Royal Henry.

Prior to Royal, I had a realtor for an entire year trying to sell my home, It was not successful. I hired Royal, and within two months my home was sold! After communicating with Royal, in regards to selling my home, I felt relieved, I literally wanted to cry, tears of joy of course. Royal told me that he would sell my home, and that’s exactly what he did. His knowledge was impeccable. I had nothing but pure trust working with him. Royal is trustworthy, with integrity. He is full of great advice when selling your home. Absolutely no one can go wrong when hiring Royal, Royal is the best. He is untouchable. If you want to sell your home, Royal is your realtor.

We appreciated Royals advice and wisdom butinganothet hime and selling a home
