He was great and knew the market and worked with us to get the top price. Always on top of the sale and responded quickly to any concerns. When others moved slow or goofed up he was on it. He was great in prepping to put it on the market with photos and descriptions but actually sold it at full price before was ever listed. We would not hesitate at all to use him again or to recommend him.

During his initial visit Royal mentioned a couple who were looking for a home in Sunbird. He sent them photos, they loved it and bought it!
