What can I say other than Lluvia is absolutely fabulous. She is truly experienced and it shows. Before we decided on hiring Lluvia as our realtor we had interviewed several others. Before we talked with Lluvia, we had found another realtor who set the bar high but Lluvia just totally crushed our interview. She had that much more experience and ability to patiently and clearly explain her sales strategy which was specifically tailored for our home sale versus giving us a generic plan. No one else came close to her, other realtor's ability to walk us through their processes wasn't as clear or in some cases made us seriously doubt their skills and experience. I knew from the minute we sat down and started to talk over the details that she had something special. That's saying a lot, as this wasn't my first home sale but it was my first one in Southern California. I previously bought and sold homes in other states. She knew the So Cal market like the back of her hand and clearly knew what she had to do to sell our home in a reasonable amount of time and within our desired selling price range.
