What can I say other than Lluvia is absolutely fabulous. She is truly experienced and it shows. Before we decided on hiring Lluvia as our realtor we had interviewed several others. Before we talked with Lluvia, we had found another realtor who set the bar high but Lluvia just totally crushed our interview. She had that much more experience and ability to patiently and clearly explain her sales strategy which was specifically tailored for our home sale versus giving us a generic plan. No one else came close to her, other realtor's ability to walk us through their processes wasn't as clear or in some cases made us seriously doubt their skills and experience. I knew from the minute we sat down and started to talk over the details that she had something special. That's saying a lot, as this wasn't my first home sale but it was my first one in Southern California. I previously bought and sold homes in other states. She knew the So Cal market like the back of her hand and clearly knew what she had to do to sell our home in a reasonable amount of time and within our desired selling price range.

This person is amazing. She was able to quell all questions and concerns in such a manner all concerns went away. I placed my full trust in her and she did above and beyond in her duties. I personally felt spoiled when dealing with her. She knew the answers to my questions, I had before I asked. I have bought a house before with another realtor and Lluvia is the Bentleys of realtors. I first meet Lluvia, from a listing in Zillow, about 8 years ago when she stepped up to help me buy a house. She was very responsive, worked with me for over 6 months and helped me get a great house. Many years later I reached out to her for a market value estimate on my parents home when my father passed away. She was so knowledgeable and ready to assist me in anyway I needed. When it was time to sell my parents home she was my go to realter. She searched the area to ensure the best pricing, kept me up-to-date with the offers and respected my needs/wants for the sale of the family home. She sat with me to review offers and helped answer my questions so I could get the best deal. Lluvia is very generous, warm, and friendly while knowing the housing market and all it's intricacies.
