I had previously talked to Liz at great length when we considered renting our cottage two years prior to selling it. During that conversation, Liz provided me with extensive information and tips for renting our property . She spent at least an hour on the phone with me and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market in general, not just the rental market. I was truly impressed with her knowledge and willingness to share her tips with me to make renters enjoy our property. While my husband and I decided not to rent our cottage (mostly because I purchase ivory slip covered furniture!) I keenly remembered how knowledgeable Liz was and reached out to her with complete confidence when we decided to sell our cottage and purchase a larger one. I appreciated the fact that after each showing or open house, Liz called me and provided a detailed explanation of how the event went. She also cc'd me on email correspondence to our real estate attorney, buyer's attorney, septic inspection, etc. She was extremely thorough and kept me and my husband in the loop throughout the entire process and provided advice and steps for us to take when needed. hroughout the entire sales process, Liz was respectful, polite, extremely friendly and fun, helpful whenever I had a question and very timely in her responses to my questions.
