Liz took care of all the extra details (finding a handyman- getting maintenance and improvement done prior to the sale). She reacted quickly to the market and got the price where it should be for a faster sale. I am 2 1/2 hours away from the property. She was able to get it done without me having to the property. I highly recommend Liz. She did a great job.
Liz is a great Realtor. We first reached out to her when we were looking for properties a few years ago, but weren't ready to buy what was available. She continued to assist us whenever a property came up we might be interested in, and when we finally found the one, she worked all hours to get the deal done for us. She went out on her own time and took videos and photos of properties we weren't able to view ourselves because of time constraints, and got all the paperwork and necessary documents in order for us to meet our tight closing deadline with the bank and seller. She is one of the best and would recommend her to anyone looking for properties on the cape
