Liz took care of all the extra details (finding a handyman- getting maintenance and improvement done prior to the sale). She reacted quickly to the market and got the price where it should be for a faster sale. I am 2 1/2 hours away from the property. She was able to get it done without me having to the property. I highly recommend Liz. She did a great job.

She continued to assist us whenever a property came up we might be interested in, and when we finally found the one, she worked all hours to get the deal done for us.
