The title really says it all. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. I have never sold or purchased property before. I decided to pursue the sale of a cottage on the Cape that had been in my family for generations which in itself was one of the biggest and pressure packed decisions I've ever had to make . I had met Liz previously because she sold the neighbor's house a few years prior and introduced herself to me. From the first time I met with Liz to tour the property to the closing, she supported me every step of the way, was very communicative, and extremely knowledgeable about the current real estate market and the specific area where the cottage sat. It certainly helped that she lived nearby. I trusted her recommendation on an asking price and it went under contract in a day for just about my asking price. I honestly expected, due to the condition, that it would end up selling for 20-30k below what the asking price was. Once under contract she recommended a local law office to handle the purchase and sale agreement. I went with her recommendation and was so glad I did. They were terrific to me as well. During the period between under agreement and the closing, Liz was fantastic in providing me updates and answering any questions I had extremely quick. She even went to the cottage late night because of a smoke detector going off. It saved me a 4 hour round-trip of driving. What was one of the biggest and stressful decisions of my life to make turned into a really easy and seamless process thanks to Liz. I cannot thank her enough and I cannot think of anyone else I would trust than Liz for real estate services on the Cape.
