I had to sell my childhood home when my father passed away. With over 43 years of “stuff” it was well packed with family possessions and memories. Lisa helped me get organized and made many helpful suggestions ranging from popular paint colors to new carpet and staging. The housing market was not favorable to sellers in late 2022 but Lisa helped us adjust the price so that it would reach a larger audience. I was amazed at the professional property photos, being listed on TV, and the Open Houses Lisa provided. Her dedication to helping us get the house ready and constant monitoring of the market was greatly appreciated. Lisa is a Rock Star in negotiations! Now that the house is sold I will miss our constant communication between texts, emails, and phone calls. I am honored to consider her a good friend!
