I had to sell my childhood home when my father passed away. With over 43 years of “stuff” it was well packed with family possessions and memories. Lisa helped me get organized and made many helpful suggestions ranging from popular paint colors to new carpet and staging. The housing market was not favorable to sellers in late 2022 but Lisa helped us adjust the price so that it would reach a larger audience. I was amazed at the professional property photos, being listed on TV, and the Open Houses Lisa provided. Her dedication to helping us get the house ready and constant monitoring of the market was greatly appreciated. Lisa is a Rock Star in negotiations! Now that the house is sold I will miss our constant communication between texts, emails, and phone calls. I am honored to consider her a good friend! We will definitely be calling on her again for when we need to sell our own house in the future.

Lisa is an amazing Realtor! I am confident that we wouldn’t have purchased a home by the time we needed it if we went with a different realtor. Lisa helped us find exactly what we were looking for and always had the greatest recommendations. If you are moving to CO from out of state, like we did, Lisa is the only realtor you should go with. We flew in to look at some homes and weren’t quite prepared for how hot the market was, despite Lisa’s excellent guidance, because it wasn’t what we were used to. Lisa coached us through this and gave us all the tools and recommendations we needed to make good choices. We did not find a home before our visit was up but there was no one we would rather having looking at houses for us while we were back in our home town. Lisa found us the perfect house and gave us a virtual tour, we put an offer on it without seeing it in person and I never could have done that without having such a trustworthy realtor who listened to exactly what I needed/wanted in a home. We had one long weekend to find a house while visiting from out of state. Lisa's expertise and work ethic helped us get the house of our dreams for an amazing deal in a ridiculously hot seller's market. Lisa went above and beyond, often doing the work that the seller's realtor neglected, to make sure the deal went through. She worked late hours during our bid process, made an extra trip so we could show the house to our kids the morning we flew out, and then attended the inspection and appraisal in our stead. I also appreciated that she followed up with us after the deal was completed to check in after our move. I cannot recommend her enough!
