My husband and I just purchased our first home through Lisa. I could not imagine having gone through the process with anyone else. You will not find anyone with more knowledge of the neighborhoods of Charleston, or the real estate market in general than her. We actually ended up buying the very FIRST house she showed us! Lisa completely took us under her wing and guided us not only through the very complicated process of purchasing a home for the first time, but also coordinating the bidding of a large, very necessary renovation to the house we purchased. We invited Lisa to help us market our house. She either attended personally or had a colleague attend every showing of the house. We received oral and written feedback on every showing, which helped us determine our target audience for buying the house. Lisa hosted several agent open houses to which she personally invited agents who specialized in the area in which our house was located. This paid off because our buyer was working with an agent with whom Lisa had a long-time relationship. Lisa was very professional and attentive in the marketing of our house. She even watered our flowers to make a good impression at the front door!
